Frequently Asked Questions

SHIPPING

Orders take 3-5 business days to ship since we're a one woman owned shop but please, keep in mind delays may happen due to demand and inventory issues.

Pre-orders can take 2-5 weeks to ship.
If you have regular items & pre-order items under the same purchase, we will follow pre-order times.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, & MISSING ITEMS

We have a 30-day return policy in exchange for STORE CREDIT, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All accessories & jewelry are non refundable due to sanitary issues.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will apply to your account the total value in credit for your next shop.

  • All items are non-refundable

    Since each and every single item is made to order, they are not refundable.
    We only work with STORE CREDIT at the moment.

  • We do not offer EXCHANGES.

    Our items are made in small batches to ensure that shipping is faster.
    Due to that, if you need to exchange something, we will only be able to provide STORE CREDIT after receiving the item back to the office.
    That way if the item is still in stock, you can place a new order or use your value for any other items.
  • Return labels

    Return labels are only provided to the client if the shop made a mistake with your order.
    In case the customer wants to return an item for personal reasons, customer has to cover the label costs.
    At the post office, labels cost between $3-$5.

  • Customs & fees for international package

    Packages may or may not get stuck in customs.
    ATMWM is not responsible for it nor can refund the fee or do anything to change it.
    We make sure that no packages have any prices exposed on the outside in order to make transition easier.
  • Lost Package

     If in the event of a package being delivered with receipt proof from UPS/DHL through a tracking number but somehow is stolen / lost , ATMWM is not responsible to offer any refunds or replacement.

    For packages that got lost within UPS/DHL warehouse, it is the customer's responsibility to track their package and claim it.
  • Package Damaged

    If damaged by UPS/DHL delivery, store will ask for package to be sent back and then will issue store credit or a replacement.
